Oberoi Three Sixty North

Oberoi Three Sixty North is Oberoi Realty's first project in Gurgaon. The Mumbai-based developer has picked a 15-acre parcel in Sector 58, just off the Golf Course Extension Road, and the plan is seven towers going up to 40 storeys — about 600 homes in total, weighted toward larger units (roughly 250 4 BHKs and 350 5 BHKs).

The unit sizes are big by Gurgaon standards. The 4 BHK with servant quarters is 5,500 sq.ft and starts around ₹23 Cr. The 5 BHK runs to 8,500 sq.ft, with starting prices near ₹35.7 Cr and penthouses going past ₹45 Cr depending on floor and orientation. Each floor has only two apartments, three private lifts open into each residence, and ceilings are pitched at 12 feet.

The clubhouse is the headline lifestyle piece — around 1.5 to 2 lakh sq.ft across multiple levels, with a rock-salt pool, theatres, indoor sports, a library, café and concierge desks. Outside, about 80% of the site is kept as open green and water-features. Construction is targeted for handover in early 2032, with construction-linked payment plans on offer.

For getting around, Golf Course Extension is a five-minute drive, the Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro is the same distance, and SPR and Sohna Road are about ten minutes away. Cyber City sits at around 15 minutes off-peak and IGI Airport is roughly 25 to 30 minutes depending on the time of day. Hospitals like Max, Fortis and Kailash are all within the immediate catchment, along with schools like Excelsior American and OPG World.
